The short version of how we work together. Last updated September 2026.
Membership
The membership starts with a 7-day free trial. After the trial, the plan you chose renews automatically (monthly at £30, yearly at £300) until you cancel. Cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Lifetime membership is a one-off payment of £500 for the lifetime of the platform.
Coaching and workshops
1-2-1 sessions are booked through our live diary and are 60 minutes. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to move a session. The Rescue Pack and Train the Trainer workshop dates are agreed in advance; deposits and cancellation terms are confirmed at booking.
Products
The Scaling Board is sold through our online shop. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund if unused.
Content
Courses, recordings and materials are for your personal professional development. Please do not share logins or redistribute content.
Training, not guarantees
We will give you everything we know. We cannot guarantee a Part 3 or Standards Check result, because the person in the driving seat on the day is you.
